[Remote] 2027 Summer Administrator Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PACS (Providence Administrative Consulting Services, Inc.) is hiring a Summer Administrator Intern to support an active administrator with LNHA-related responsibilities. The intern may also work with business departments at the assigned facility and provide administrative, project, and research support.

Responsibilities

• Interns will work directly under an active administrator to assist in all the roles, responsibilities, and tasks associated with an LNHA. When necessary, interns will also spend time working with various business departments at their assigned facility to add value when possible
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Assist in the coordination and planning of meetings and events
• Handle correspondence and manage documents
• Perform data entry and maintain databases
• Assist with project management and tracking
• Support the team with research and analysis as needed

Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited university program
• Familiarity with office software and technology
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen attention to detail
• Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus
