[Remote] 2x Senior Technical Implementation Consultants - Global Enterprise SaaS - 150% Company Growth - Significant Funding

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Areti Group is recruiting for a confidential enterprise SaaS client. The Senior Technical Implementation Consultant designs and delivers complex customer implementations, including enterprise integrations, data solutions, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical Solution Design – Translate complex business requirements into scalable configurations, integrations and technical workflows
• Design Enterprise Integrations – Work across CRM, ERP, HR, finance and other enterprise applications
• Get Hands-On – Work with SQL, JSON, JavaScript, complex data structures and advanced technical configuration
• Solve Data Challenges – Design data mappings, transformations, migrations and validation processes involving large datasets
• Configure Complex SaaS Solutions – Build sophisticated workflows, business rules and customer-specific configurations
• Lead Technical Discovery – Run workshops with enterprise IT teams and senior business stakeholders
• Challenge Technical Decisions – Evaluate integration options, identify risks and recommend better approaches
• Troubleshoot Complex Issues – Investigate integration failures, inconsistent data and configuration challenges
• Own Technical Delivery – Support testing, UAT, issue resolution and go-live
• Collaborate with Engineering – Work closely with product and development teams on complex customer requirements

Skills

• Proven experience personally delivering complex technical enterprise SaaS implementations
• Excellent technical solution-design skills
• Able to analyse requirements, evaluate options and design scalable approaches
• Hands-on experience with SQL, JSON, complex data mapping and transformation
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns and enterprise data flows
• Experience designing and configuring sophisticated SaaS workflows and business rules
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data, configuration and integration challenges
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience
• You've personally led technical discovery workshops, challenged requirements and influenced senior stakeholders
• Confidence owning technical solutions from initial design through testing and go-live
• JavaScript, ETL tools and Azure Data Factory would be advantageous
• Experience with enterprise planning, resource management, professional services technology or complex operational SaaS platforms would also be valuable
