Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Shining Steps ABA is seeking an experienced ABA Recruiter to recruit and staff Registered Behavior Technicians for ABA cases across multiple locations. The role manages candidate pipelines, screens and communicates with candidates through onboarding, and coordinates with leadership to meet staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and staffing RBTs for assigned ABA cases
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining organization through Google Sheets
- Communicating with candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Screening candidates for reliability, professionalism, and ABA knowledge
- Meeting staffing turnaround expectations for open cases
- Collaborating closely with leadership regarding staffing priorities and urgent needs
Skills
- This is NOT an entry-level recruiting position
- We are only considering candidates with prior, provable experience in both: * ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) * ABA-specific recruitment/staffing
- All experience listed must be verifiable
- Have previous ABA recruiting experience
- Have strong understanding of ABA terminology and services
- Be able to define and discuss ABA terminology during the interview process
- Have experience recruiting RBTs specifically
- Be highly organized and comfortable using Google Sheets
- Be dependable, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
