[Remote] Accessibility QA Automation / Manual Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stellar Professionals LLC is recruiting for a Senior QA testing role focused on manual and automated software testing, accessibility compliance, and validation of databases and APIs. The role also supports defect management and testing across the software development lifecycle; the hiring client is not identified.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Regression, UAT, Usability, and Accessibility testing
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and automated scripts
• Execute SQL queries to validate backend data integrity and system functionality
• Perform API testing and web service validation
• Participate in defect triage, troubleshooting, and production migration support

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing
• Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards
• Required certification (e.g., CPACC, WAS, or equivalent)
• High proficiency in SQL queries for database validation and API testing / web services
• Expertise in developing test plans, test cases, and managing defects throughout the SDLC
• Strong background working in Agile collaborative environments
• Experience with government / public-sector technology environments
• Testing compliance-driven or grant management systems
