[Remote] Account Executive / Closer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nova Codes provides websites, AI receptionist services, and review-generation systems for small service businesses. The Account Executive / Closer conducts booked sales calls, closes new clients, checks in with clients, and shares customer feedback to improve the product and ads.

Responsibilities

• Take booked sales calls with business owners and close them
• Do a short phone check-in with each of your clients about every 3 months, right before their next monthly or quarterly bill
• Send gifts and thank-yous so clients feel taken care of and stay on
• Tell us what you hear on calls so the product and the ads keep getting better

Skills

• You've done phone sales on the B2B side and you can show you close
• You've sold to women business owners, 30 and up, and you're good at it
• You're warm, you listen, and you don't push
• You're honest, organized, and you follow up when you say you will
• You're comfortable walking someone through a new tool on a call
• You've worked a funnel like ours before: paid ads that book straight to a phone call
• You've worked in or run a service business yourself, like hair, nails, lashes, a spa, or dog grooming
• You're excited about AI and like showing people what it can do
