They are looking for a 1099 Account Executive to sell those services, focusing on prospecting and closing business owners who need financial guidance.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close small to mid-sized business owners who need CFO-level financial guidance
- Run discovery conversations to understand a business's financial pain points: cash flow, margins, pricing, and growth planning
- Position fractional CFO services as the solution and close the engagement
- Hand off cleanly to our delivery team, then stay involved as the relationship owner
- Build and manage your own pipeline
Skills
- Proven B2B sales experience. You've carried a quota and hit it
- Comfort selling to business owners and decision-makers, not procurement committees
- Self-starter who builds their own pipeline without being managed
- Consultative seller who can hold a credible conversation about a business's financials
- Financial services, accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services sales background is a plus but not required
