Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prolific is seeking accounting subject matter experts to participate in its Expert Network. Participants use professional accounting insight to train and evaluate AI models by reviewing financial documents, answering questions, validating outputs, and providing expert feedback.

Responsibilities

• Document Evaluation: Reviewing complex financial statements, audit reports, and regulatory filings to ensure data integrity
• AI Model Guidance: answering specific questions based on document content to help AI models understand technical or formal language
• Fact-Checking & Validation: ensuring that the outputs generated by AI systems align with professional standards and logical accounting frameworks
• Knowledge Sharing: providing expert feedback to help bridge the gap between human expertise and machine learning

Skills

• You have an accounting degree, professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA etc.), or relevant experience as an accountant
• The ability to review complex documentation and identify key nuances or inaccuracies
• An "accounting mind" capable of providing logical, fact-based reasoning to support your answers
• The ability to work independently on ad hoc, remote assignments that fit around your existing commitments
• A PayPal account to receive payment from our clients
