[Remote] Advisory Board Member - Founder, CEO & Marketplace Operator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AccrediMatch is a technology-enabled healthcare staffing platform connecting home health agencies and healthcare organizations with credential-verified nurses and care professionals. The Advisory Board Member will advise on commercial growth, marketplace strategy, revenue, capital raising, and company scaling, and make relevant introductions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on building a repeatable sales motion, from first sales hire through quota-carrying team
• Guide two-sided marketplace strategy, including supply and demand balance, liquidity by market, take rate, and unit economics
• Pressure-test pricing, retention, and the path from initial revenue to durable recurring revenue
• Advise on capital strategy, seed round positioning, and preparation for the next raise
• Share hard-won lessons from founding, scaling, selling, or exiting a company
• Make introductions to customers, strategic partners, operators, and capital sources

Skills

• A founder or CEO who has founded, scaled, sold, or exited a technology, marketplace, or healthcare services company
• A C-suite or SVP-level operator who has built a commercial engine from first revenue through repeatable growth
• A go-to-market leader who has built and scaled an enterprise sales organization in healthcare, staffing, or B2B SaaS
• An operator who has scaled a two-sided marketplace, gig or workforce platform, or on-demand labor network
• A board member, operating partner, or angel who backs and advises seed-stage companies and has operating experience of your own
• Experience in healthcare, staffing, credentialing, or workforce technology is a strong plus
