[Remote] Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. An unnamed retail apparel company is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow creator-led revenue across its fashion brands. The role manages creator affiliate campaigns and partnerships, analyzes performance, and works with agency partners to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Own and accelerate affiliate-attributed revenue generation across multiple prominent retail apparel brands
• Direct day-to-day creator affiliate workflows and campaign executions utilizing platforms like ShopMy and LTK
• Identify, source, onboard, and nurture high-performing creator partners, driving ongoing activation and reactivating dormant accounts
• Cultivate direct, long-lasting creator relationships through tailored communications and collaborative initiatives
• Analyze multi-brand affiliate metrics, track performance trends, and translate data into actionable commercial optimization strategies
• Serve as the primary internal liaison working alongside external agency partners to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and performance accountability
• Deliver forward-looking recommendations grounded in market dynamics, consumer trends, and creator commerce developments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of dedicated influencer and creator marketing experience, featuring proven exposure to affiliate channels
• Demonstrated track record of steering revenue-generating affiliate and creator initiatives beyond top-of-funnel brand awareness campaigns
• Direct, hands-on proficiency navigating creator platforms such as LTK and ShopMy
• Deep domain expertise in the creator commerce landscape, performance marketing, and affiliate ecosystems
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret creator metrics, evaluate attribution, and deliver high-impact strategic insights
• Proven capacity to manage competing priorities across multi-brand environments simultaneously
• Exceptional cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities
• All applicants must be currently authorized to work on a full-time basis in the country for which they are applying, and no sponsorship is currently available
• Prior experience overseeing and allocating dedicated affiliate marketing budgets
• Familiarity with enterprise affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate
• An existing, established network of creator and influencer connections in the affiliate commerce space
• Direct industry background within fashion retail, apparel, or consumer beauty sectors
