[Remote] Agiloft Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Conjoint Inc is seeking an Agiloft professional to design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise contract lifecycle management and workflow automation solutions. The role focuses on building scalable contract workflows, integrations, and system configurations that improve operational efficiency and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Agiloft CLM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Build and maintain workflows, rules, and automation logic in Agiloft
• Develop integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Customize UI, forms, and reports in Agiloft platform
• Implement approval workflows, notifications, and escalation rules
• Troubleshoot issues in workflows, scripts, and integrations
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
• Work with business teams to translate requirements into system design
• Maintain documentation of configurations and solutions

Skills

• Strong experience in Agiloft system configuration, workflow design, automation rules, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and document management platforms
