[Remote] AI / ML Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Precision Technologies is seeking an AI / ML Engineer to develop and operate artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for enterprise applications. The role involves building predictive, generative AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic systems; developing end-to-end ML pipelines; integrating models with enterprise systems; implementing MLOps; and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, validate, deploy, and maintain machine learning and artificial intelligence models for enterprise applications
• Develop supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models using Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, and other ML frameworks
• Build Generative AI and LLM-based solutions using models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other foundation models
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, document processing, and knowledge retrieval techniques
• Implement Prompt Engineering, prompt optimization, model evaluation, fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, and other techniques to improve LLM performance and reliability
• Develop AI Agents and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
• Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications, REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud platforms, and business systems
• Implement MLOps practices using MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model registries, experiment tracking, model monitoring, and automated deployment pipelines
• Optimize model performance, scalability, latency, accuracy, resource utilization, and inference costs across development and production environments
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions
