[Remote] AI Software Engineer – Agentic Products

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IT Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for an unnamed Series A AI company whose platform is developed in partnership with pharmaceutical services businesses. The AI Software Engineer will build and ship agentic products for clinical and pharma services teams, integrate them with existing systems, and improve features using customer and domain-expert feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered features and agentic workflows for real users
• Develop agentic search and document-drafting tools for clinical and pharma services teams
• Work with non-technical specialists to understand their processes and improve their experience
• Build integrations between agents and existing systems, including legacy software
• Help ensure products handle sensitive information reliably, securely and in line with relevant compliance requirements
• Use customer and expert feedback to improve how the products work

Skills

• 2+ years' experience as a software engineer, including full-stack experience and a track record of shipping products
• Ability to independently engineer complex agentic products or features end to end
• Experience with Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI models or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with agent workflows, RAG or internal platforms
• Strong product judgement and an ability to learn from user feedback
• Experience building customer-facing software where reliability, security or compliance matters
• Experience at a mid-to-late-stage startup or a high-performing technology company
• A Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics degree from a strong university
• Experience with Python or TypeScript is useful
• Familiarity with both is a plus
