[Remote] AI Trainer - Accounting

The role involves assessing AI-generated accounting work, creating business scenarios, reviewing financial analyses, and helping train AI systems to reason like experienced finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Use your professional experience to assess AI-generated accounting work, create realistic business scenarios, review financial analyses, and help train next-generation AI systems to reason like experienced finance professionals

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Audit, Tax, Financial Reporting, Controllership, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and business processes
• Advanced spreadsheet and reconciliation skills
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in Audit & Assurance
• Technical Accounting (IFRS and/or US GAAP)
• Tax Compliance & Provision
• Financial Reporting & Consolidation
• Internal Audit, SOX, or Forensic Accounting
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
