The role uses legal expertise to assess AI-generated work, create realistic legal scenarios, and develop evaluation criteria and feedback to improve AI reasoning across legal and regulatory domains.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic legal scenarios based on professional experience
- Review and evaluate AI-generated legal memos, contract redlines, compliance analyses, and legal research
- Compare AI-generated outputs and identify errors, risks, and omissions
- Develop evaluation criteria and grading rubrics
- Provide detailed feedback on legal reasoning, authority application, and drafting quality
Skills
- 2+ years of legal experience
- Experience in at least one of the following: (Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Law, M&A & Transactions, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Tax Law, Real Estate Law, Legal Operations)
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
- JD, LLB, or equivalent law degree
- Bar admission (preferred but not required)
- Experience with legal research and drafting
- Experience reviewing contracts and advising on risk
- Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
