Remote Appointment Setter

Vulcan Exteriors is looking for a motivated remote appointment setter to help generate appointments for our exterior remodeling sales team. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position. We provide you with a list of homeowners to contact. You’ll work from home using your own phone to make outbound calls, speak with homeowners about their exterior remodeling needs, and set qualified appointments for our sales team. Compensation: $50 for every qualified appointment that is pitched by our sales representative Additional $350 for every appointment that results in a sale Performance-based pay with no cap on earnings What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls from a provided list Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners Identify homeowners interested in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and other exterior projects Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives Keep accurate records of calls and appointments What We’re Looking For: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Confident and personable over the phone Reliable and self-motivated Able to work independently from home Sales, telemarketing, canvassing, or appointment-setting experience is preferred, but not required You do not need to sell or close the project. Your job is to start the conversation and get our sales representative in front of interested homeowners.
