[Remote] Associate Analyst, Compensation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. C&S Wholesale Grocers is a wholesale grocery and supply chain company. The Associate Analyst, Compensation provides administrative and operational support for compensation programs, including maintaining data, coordinating reviews and surveys, preparing communications, generating reports, and supporting annual compensation cycles.

Responsibilities

• Supporting routine compensation activities, such as maintaining job descriptions, reviewing employee compensation data, creating internal communications/letters, and delivering communications through DocuSign
• Assisting with compensation reviews, including salary ranges, data entry and auditing, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, including FLSA, minimum wage, and pay transparency requirements
• Assisting the team with ad hoc compensation projects, audits, reports, and data validation
• Supporting HR Business Partners with job evaluations and market analysis, and providing recommendations
• Coordinating the collection and submission of annual market survey data
• Supporting market pricing activities within third-party compensation platforms
• Generating recurring and ad hoc reports upon request
• Maintaining organized documentation for compensation programs and processes
• Providing support for annual compensation cycles, including merit and short-term incentive processes
• Assisting with preparing communication materials, timelines, and tracking documents
• Performing other duties as requested

Skills

• The ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work under moderate supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• 1–3 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs
• Bachelor's Degree - General Studies, Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources Management
• Experience with Workday and Payfactors is a plus
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) - Other
