The Associate Project Manager, Research will lead permitting research projects, collaborate with AI and engineering teams to improve research processes, and produce structured outputs for customer-facing Permit Guides.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end completion of permit research projects
- Collaborate closely with AI/engineering teams to improve research accuracy, speed, and automation
- Provide structured outputs that feed directly into customer-facing Permit Guides
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in architecture, construction management or a related permitting/project management function
- A background in commercial/retail permitting
- Strong research skills with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and permitting leaders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
