[Remote] Atlassian & Asana Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vesta Digital Intelligence is a consulting firm that implements Atlassian and Asana solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. The Atlassian & Asana Consultant delivers client engagements, configuring platforms, supporting migrations and ITSM implementations, and guiding clients from discovery through handoff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements end to end: discovery, design, build, and handoff
• Configure and build in Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Asana to meet client requirements
• Run workshops and requirements sessions, and keep clients informed from kickoff to go-live
• Support cloud migrations and ITSM implementations, and advise clients on best practices
• Help scope new work and estimate hours alongside leadership
• Contribute to our delivery methodology and templates as we grow

Skills

• Based in the United States and authorized to work here without sponsorship
• 3–5 years of professional experience, including consulting or client-facing delivery
• Solid hands-on experience in Atlassian (Jira, JSM, Confluence) or Asana, covering configuration, administration, and workflow design
• Clear client communication, from working sessions to status updates
• Comfort being billable and managing your own workstreams with guidance from senior colleagues
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, including new platform features and AI tooling
• Experience in both is a plus, and we'll help you build the other
• Atlassian or Asana certifications
• ITIL or ITSM background
• Cloud migration experience
• Experience mentoring or coordinating other team members
