[Remote] Audit and Tax Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PeopleCaddie is recruiting for a large public accounting firm seeking an Audit & Tax Marketing Manager. The role develops and executes marketing initiatives for Audit and Tax service lines, partnering with practice leaders and business development teams to increase brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns supporting Audit and Tax service lines
• Partner with practice leaders to identify growth opportunities, target audiences, and marketing priorities
• Manage integrated campaigns across digital, email, social media, webinars, events, and thought leadership
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling content, including articles, case studies, and client communications
• Support business development initiatives, lead generation, and client engagement programs
• Coordinate marketing activities across internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution
• Track campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI
• Ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and adherence to marketing best practices

Skills

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
• Experience partnering with senior executives, practice leaders, and business development teams
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and marketing analytics
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferably within public accounting, consulting, or professional services
• Experience supporting Audit, Tax, Accounting, or related financial services practices strongly preferred
