[Remote] Independent Leadership & Self Development Consultant

Thrive Within Global is seeking an independent consultant to engage professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders pursuing personal and professional growth. The role focuses on building client relationships, introducing development offerings, developing business opportunities, and supporting informed client decisions through leadership and self-development experience.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with prospective clients and understand their leadership and self-development interests
• Introduce suitable professional and personal development offerings and explain their potential relevance to prospective clients
• Apply ethical digital marketing, communication and relationship-building approaches to develop business opportunities
• Conduct introductory conversations and interviews with prospective clients, as appropriate
• Draw on your leadership, mentoring or professional development experience to support informed client decision-making
• Participate in relevant product, business and professional development training
• Monitor your activities, reflect on results and continually improve your approach
• Work collaboratively with other independent professionals while maintaining responsibility for your own consultancy activities

Skills

• Experience in leadership development, mentoring, coaching, professional education, organisational development or a related field
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• An interest in whole-person well-being, self-awareness and ongoing personal development
• The ability to work independently, organise priorities and take responsibility for outcomes
• An understanding of ethical marketing, business development or client engagement, or a willingness to develop these skills
• Sound professional judgement, integrity and respect for diverse perspectives and backgrounds
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
