[Remote] AX/Dynamics 365 Business Analysts

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vertiscript Global is hiring AX/Dynamics 365 Business Analysts to analyze, implement, and support ERP and business application solutions. The role includes requirements gathering, application configuration and integrations, process optimization, documentation, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for applications’ configurations and customizations
• Provide day-to-day ERP application support as part of a team and be responsible for supporting a variety of third party and in-house interfaces/integrations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes
• Identify and implement process optimizations and automations, working closely with business users to enhance productivity
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the systems/applications
• Collaborate with external third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance new and existing systems/applications and integrations

Skills

• Degree or diploma in computer science, or equivalent qualification and applicable job experience
