[Remote] Brand Manager III – CPG / Innovation (contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sanofi is seeking a Brand Manager III to lead innovation and end-to-end marketing execution for the Gold Bond Foot, Powder, and First Aid portfolio. The role drives product concepts and launches, manages cross-functional projects and brand financials, and leads go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product concepts, claims, and innovation initiatives
• Manage projects through the product development and stage-gate process
• Partner with R&D, Sales, Creative, Consumer Insights, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Develop business cases, forecasting inputs, and launch recommendations
• Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
• Support brand financials including revenue forecasting, A&P budgets, margins, and performance analysis
• Develop consumer-facing messaging, packaging, claims, and marketing assets
• Lead go-to-market execution, including digital marketing, product detail pages, and lower-funnel activation
• Support commercial teams with sell-in materials, insights, and launch toolkits

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in brand management, innovation, CPG marketing, or a related field
• Experience leading innovation and product launches through the product development lifecycle
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in personal care, OTC, foot care, first aid, skin health, CPG, or healthcare
• Experience developing claims-based marketing in regulated or highly scrutinized categories
• Nielsen/IRI, consumer insights, or similar data experience
• Omnichannel experience including Amazon, marketplace, social commerce, digital shelf, ratings & reviews, and search
