Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TIDI Products is hiring a Business Analyst – Sales Excellence / Commercial Technology to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects. The role bridges business stakeholders and IT development teams, contributes across the software development lifecycle, and supports implementation of effective IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements (functional and non-functional) for moderately complex projects
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business stakeholders to gather information
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Mentor Business Analyst I roles as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for IT projects
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques (e.g., Azure DevOps, Visio)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to facilitate meetings and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
