Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Digital is seeking a Business Analyst to support DHHS’s CCWIS and CCMS project lifecycles. The role focuses on analyzing and documenting requirements, developing future-state processes, and managing user acceptance testing in collaboration with the Project Manager and IT support teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to build a path to success and to define risk mitigation strategy when risks arise
- Development of future-state business process models to address roadblocks, challenges, and opportunities
- Develop clear and concise functional and technical requirements to be used for solution planning
- Manage and participate in user acceptance testing to verify functionality and completeness of system changes
Skills
- Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes
- Ability to work alone, self-directing
- Able to manage their time for maximum efficiency
- Advanced skills working with customers, including excellent communication skills with all levels of business as well as IT staff
