[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DivDat provides unified payment solutions for government, utility, municipal, and healthcare organizations. The Outbound Business Development Representative will identify, reach, and qualify prospective customers, generate discovery meetings for the Account Executive team, maintain accurate CRM records, position DivDat’s solutions, and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Execute a high-volume, multi-channel outreach strategy (Phone, Email, LinkedIn, etc) to specifically defined roles at Tax Authorities, Utilities, and Healthcare systems nationwide
• Meeting Generation: Consistently book 24 qualified discovery meetings per quarter (avg. 8 per month) for our Account Executive team
• Professional Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring every lead has a clear next step and detailed interaction history
• Value Positioning: Utilize the DivDat Power Statement framework to articulate the pain points of the underserved customers and operational friction of manual payment processing
• Campaign Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging based on real-time feedback from the field
