[Remote] Business Development Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Afflatus Group is growing its presence in the US and Canada by developing relationships with EPC companies and owner-operators. The Business Development Specialist will identify and advise on prospective accounts, introduce Afflatus to relevant leaders, and join key conversations to support staffing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Open doors at EPC firms and owner-operators in energy, LNG, petrochemicals, power and infrastructure
• Introduce Afflatus to talent, HR and project leaders where we can solve real staffing problems
• Advise on which accounts to pursue and how to approach them
• Join key conversations when your credibility helps

Skills

• 15+ years in the EPC or energy-infrastructure sector, in operations, project leadership, HR/talent or business development
• Active, current relationships with decision-makers at US and/or Canadian EPC firms
• A reputation that opens doors on its own
