[Remote] Business Strategy Analyst Senior

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. USAA is seeking an analyst to support Digital Acquisition Analytics by developing reporting solutions, analyzing performance, and delivering actionable business insights. The role builds Adobe Analytics dashboards and connects digital experience data with business outcomes to help product managers and owners manage digital products effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Adobe Analytics dashboards and front-end reporting solutions
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements
• Query, transform, and analyze data from enterprise data sources, including Snowflake
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business strategy and performance goals
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership
• Applies analytical rigor to define outcome measures, improve prioritization, increase agility in decisioning, improve ability to evaluate progress towards business outcomes, and to evaluate risks to strategic goals
• Train and support stakeholders on report interpretation and data-driven decision-making
• Partner with Digital Acquisition teams to understand evolving reporting needs and business objectives
• Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, digital experiences, and performance touchpoints to improve overall customer outcomes

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
• Minimum 6 years' data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience OR a minimum of 4 years' data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience and up to 2 years' progressive functional business relevant experience for a total of 6 years combined experience OR Advanced Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline and 4 years' experience in data and/or analytics or strategy consulting
• Experience identifying business needs and managing strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights
• Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights and influence business decisions
• Experience performing complex data analysis using various data analytics tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, Adobe Analytics)
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related discipline
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms
• Strong experience querying, transforming, and analyzing data using SQL
• Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
• Experience working with User data – Fullstory, Glassbox, Qualtrics
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Experience presenting analytical findings and insights to business leaders and stakeholders
• Knowledge of digital marketing, digital acquisition, customer experience, or web analytics
• Experience defining and implementing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Understanding of customer journey analysis and digital engagement measurement
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including business partners, product owners, and technology teams
• Experience training or coaching business users on reporting tools and data interpretation
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
