The Campaign Execution Project Manager leads planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating across teams to deliver campaigns efficiently and improve workflows and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas
- Working with Marketing Team members to understand and act on integrated campaign plans that improve conversion rates and business outcomes
- Collaborating and prioritizing work across functional teams including content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Applying our designated project management system, Workfront, to further seamless cooperation and collaboration
- Reflecting on process improvements and developing new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity
- Balancing a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with a strong track record
- Outstanding communication skills for interacting with both internal and external collaborators
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Workfront is preferred, or a similar project management tool
