Remote-Client Engagement Specialist

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Client Engagement Specialist to join a research and advisory company in Remote in Irving, TX. This is a 5-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Description: Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across Company to coordinate requests with the Company's Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive. In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Company's Analyst community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems. What you'll do Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Company Analyst to fulfill the request Provides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses Partners with internal stakeholders on client needs Reads industry research and develops understanding of complex topics Provides executive level customer service Builds strong working relationships with the Company's Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all Company research content **Skills: What you'll need** Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent customer service experience Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios Strong time management and organizational skills Analytical mindset Strong business acumen Great written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience Who you are Technologically savvy: Able to quickly learn new systems and tools Works well in team environment Growth mindset with self-starter attitude Strong interest in business and technology along with a willingness to learn Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. *Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
