[Remote] Client Relationship Manager - Healthcare Payments

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JPMorganChase is hiring a Client Relationship Manager for its Healthcare Payments business. The role supports large U.S. provider organizations through consultative client engagement, relationship development, and efforts to improve scorecard performance, retain revenue, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of JP Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions, products and processes
• Work with Team to Identify opportunities to upsell customers additional Healthcare Payment solutions
• Represent the team in client meetings
• Help clients prioritize projects to best meet goals
• Serve as an escalation point for any service issues from client: manage the escalation activities and is meticulously organized
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Healthcare Payments Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Service in support of your customers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales position
• Excellent people skills and ability navigate hard conversations with clients
• Ability to quickly learn and understand JP Morgan's solution suite and articulate our value proposition
• Sound judgment in compliance, setting customer expectations, and managing sensitive customer situations and data
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-ups
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Healthcare technology experience preferred
