Equity Staffing Group is seeking Clinical Pharmacists to join a Clinical Engagement Services team supporting programs including Medication Therapy Management (MTM), medication adherence, diabetes, polypharmacy, STARS adherence, and more. THIS IS A REMOTE JOB ! Preferred .... Looking for Pharmacists that are licensed in Utah 💊 What you’ll do: Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews Identify gaps in care, adherence concerns, drug interactions, and high-risk medications Provide medication and disease-state education Communicate clinical recommendations to patients and healthcare providers Document interventions and recommendations accurately Qualifications ✔️ Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence ✔️ Strong knowledge of MTM and disease-state management ✔️ 1+ year of remote/independent work experience ✔️ Strong communication, organization, and technology skills ✔️ PharmD, PBM/retail experience, and bilingual skills are a plus Schedule: Monday–Friday | Rotating shifts between 9 AM–8 PM CST Interested or know a pharmacist who may be a great fit?
