Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insurance Relief is recruiting for an unnamed insurance company in Southern California. The Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager will support account managers, sales staff, and clients with customer service and policy-related tasks, while maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting Account Managers, sales team, and team members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete client service tasks related to new business applications, renewal, policies
- Respond to clients by email, and phone, in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer files and database
Skills
- You have customer service experience in the insurance space
- You are proficient with EPIC
- P&C license is required
- You are knowledgeable of insurance terminology
- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
