Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tight Ship Private Client Services is hiring a Concierge Personal Finance Executive to manage and coordinate private clients’ personal financial and household needs. The role includes daily money management, household bookkeeping, healthcare and insurance navigation, vendor coordination, and collaboration with clients’ professional advisors.
Responsibilities
- Daily money management (bill pay, cash flow, budgeting)
- Bookkeeping for households & family office-style environments
- Healthcare & insurance navigation
- Household operations and vendor management
- Coordination with CPAs, attorneys, and wealth advisors

- Bookkeepers, financial coordinators or operations professionals ready for a more client-facing, high-impact role
- Individuals who thrive in autonomous, flexible environments
- Detail-oriented professionals who take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and discretion
- Those who naturally take ownership and understand the importance of efficiency, security and accuracy
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience related to Wealth Management, Personal Finance, &/or Project Management
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs & Excel are a must
- Outstanding ability to communicate & translate financial or operational concepts into digestible information (in person & written)and able to flex to needs of the client
- Quickbooks or other related certification preferred
