[Remote] Contract Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZRG Careers is recruiting for a client that helps investment firms manage the operational and financial aspects of running investment funds. The Contract Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for General and Administrative and Accounting functions, partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract and hire talent across corporate support teams.

Responsibilities

• Seeking a contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for General & Administrative (G&A) and Accounting functions across our growing organization for our client that helps investment firms manage the operational and financial side of running investment funds
• This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across finance, accounting, HR, legal, compliance, operations, and other corporate support teams
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy
• Strong candidate assessment and interview management skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within finance, accounting, or professional services
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions including Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy
• Strong candidate assessment and interview management skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• NYC-based or ability to work in a hybrid New York office environment
