Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tredence Inc. is seeking a Strategic and Operations Manager to serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. The role drives strategic initiatives, operational excellence, cross-functional execution, executive decision-making, performance reporting, and organizational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution
- Support executive decision-making through business analysis, research, and performance insights
- Lead cross-functional programs, track key priorities, and ensure accountability for outcomes
- Facilitate leadership operating rhythms, including staff meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and updates for leadership and stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between executives, leaders, and teams to improve communication, alignment, and execution
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes, efficiency, and productivity
- Partner with Analytics and business leaders to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Support special projects and high-priority initiatives on behalf of the executive leadership
Skills

- • Experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, Consulting, or a similar business management role
- • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience supporting executive leadership and driving operational excellence
- • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or a related field
- • Experience in data analysis, business reporting, and budget management
- • Consulting or strategic planning experience preferred
- • Strong executive communication and presentation development skills
