[Remote] Contractor Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sedgwick is hiring a Contractor Recruiter to source, qualify, and onboard contractors for Repair Solutions, LLC’s contractor network. The role develops and maintains contractor capacity and relationships within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Researches, sources, and develops prospects in assigned areas
• Performs data research to determine the best qualified contractors in candidate pool
• Ensures candidates meet/and or exceed qualifications by evaluating applications and interviews
• Monitors new hires to ensure receipt of paperwork and documentation during the contractor activation process
• Maintains company records in contractor software
• Develops and maintains strong contractor relations
• Works with other recruiters and management to meet specific goals and objectives
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Supports the organization's quality program(s)
• Travels as required

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Ability to articulate program details to prospective contractors
• Strong statistical analysis skills
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Construction knowledge or insurance adjusting background preferred
