Who are we? We are Remote Craft. A new, revolutionary, fast-moving Head Hunting agency sourcing the best Filipino talent for U.S. business leaders. Responsibilities: Cold call potential clients to generate new business leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers Pitch the Remote Craft headhunting agency to potential clients, explaining why they should work with us to find talent in the Philippines Meet daily and weekly metrics for call volume, meetings scheduled, and closed deals Track all call activity and customer interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for lead generation and business development Requirements: At least 2 years of prior experience in cold calling A pre-recorded video that demonstrates sales abilities and a US/western accent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to meet daily and weekly call metrics Strong organizational and time management skills Metrics: Daily: 200+ calls a day Weekly: 20 meetings scheduled (out of 1000 weekly calls) Weekly: 2 closed deals.
