Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Onward Search is partnering with a healthcare marketing agency to recruit a Creative Project Manager for a remote, 12-month contract. The role leads branding initiatives through a major brand transformation, coordinating teams, vendors, timelines, materials, and stakeholder communications across regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily execution of branding initiatives across assigned regional markets, including signage, digital assets, and collateral updates
- Provide direction and support to Program Coordinators, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on schedule
- Coordinate the rollout of branding materials, ensuring alignment with national templates and brand standards
- Serve as a liaison between market teams, vendor partners, and the regional leadership to ensure smooth implementation
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, identify potential issues, and escalate risks to stakeholders as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
- 5+ years managing multiple projects, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in implementation planning, stakeholder management, and change readiness
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Google Drive
