Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tekgence Inc is recruiting for a CrescentOne Glovia Techno-functional Consultant. The role supports CrescentOne Glovia applications through incident analysis and resolution, production outage analysis, and bug fixing of customizations.
Responsibilities
- Incidents analysis and resolution
- Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope
- Bug fixing of customizations (If source code exists)
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stake holders
Skills
- Candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of CrescentOne Glovia (G2 3.5)
- Candidate should be good in functional skill
- Candidate should be good in technical skill as well
- Excellent oral and written communication
