[Remote] CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REP

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Albuquerque Publishing Company and the Albuquerque Journal are hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support subscribers and maintain service quality. The role manages customer accounts and inquiries, resolves concerns, supports retention, and drives sales at promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Open and maintain customer accounts accurately
• Clarify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
• Respond to concerns via phone, email, mail, and social media
• Follow up to ensure complete resolution
• Verify and update customer account information
• Aim to retain customers or encourage them to return
• Drive sales through promotional events
