Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a contract Customer Service Rep role supporting an unnamed client. The role assists a customer-facing team, manages order processing, and handles back-end tasks including invoicing, data requests, and client follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients
- Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients
- Proactively manage order process
Skills
- Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs
- Strong analytical stills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-taking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience
