[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Community Care Physicians is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Central Billing Office. The role supports patients with billing questions and account concerns, follows up on patient issues, and helps maintain accurate accounts and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and answer questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts
• Assume responsibility for initial patient contact and follow-up
• Work with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues
• Ensure positive experience for patient on behalf of CCP
• Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies
• Post credit card payments to the patients account

• Minimum of one year work experience
• Prior experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans
• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to maintain a professional poised attitude under pressure
