[Remote] Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Jd Snead - State Farm Agent is an insurance and financial services agency serving customers' insurance and financial planning needs. The Customer Service Representative will build customer relationships, resolve insurance-related inquiries, educate customers about coverage options, and support agency growth through excellent service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business
• Will need to commute to our Rancho Cordova location for the first 90 days

• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Experience in customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
• Willing to consider remote worker in Oregon or Arizona
