Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Shentel is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. The role combines customer support—solving problems and answering questions—with identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through sales.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping solve problems, answer questions, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value
- This role combines customer service and sales, giving you the ability to directly impact both customer experience and your earning potential
Skills
- 1+ year customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and handle high call volume
- Comfortable identifying sales opportunities while supporting customers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
