Responsibilities
- Maintain organized notes while handling several active requests
- Meet agreed service and quality standards without sacrificing accuracy
- Listen to customer questions and clarify the information needed to assist
- Record customer interactions and follow-up actions in the support system
- Keep customers informed about next steps and reasonable response expectations
- Identify recurring questions and share suggestions for clearer help resources
- Follow up on unresolved matters and update case status accurately
