• Provide accurate guidance using documented processes and available resources
• Escalate issues requiring specialist review to the appropriate team
• Verify account details using approved privacy and security procedures
• Use a professional, courteous tone in written and verbal communications
• Document key details so colleagues can continue a case if needed
• Maintain organized notes while handling several active requests
