Responsibilities

• Protect personal and account information throughout each conversation
• Explain service procedures and common product features in straightforward language
• Follow up with customers on cases awaiting additional information
• Close resolved cases with a concise record of the action taken
• Flag repeated problems that may require improvements to help material
• Respond to incoming customer questions using email, chat, or other approved support channels
• Troubleshoot routine issues using documented steps and available resources
