• Confirm relevant account or order details before discussing sensitive information
• Identify requests requiring specialist assistance and escalate them appropriately
• Provide clear status updates when resolution takes additional time
• Organize open cases by urgency within established support procedures
• Protect personal and account information throughout each conversation
• Log customer concerns and update support tickets with accurate notes
