Académie supérieure de la ventouse is seeking a Data Analyst to support practical reporting, data accuracy, and decision-support analysis. The role prepares findings and performance summaries, validates data, and communicates observations clearly to nontechnical colleagues and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Present practical findings with appropriate charts and tables
- Compare results against baseline values and flag material differences
- Clean and validate data before it is used in dashboards or reports
- Use basic SQL queries or comparable tools to answer specific business questions
- Work with stakeholders to clarify definitions and reporting expectations
- Prepare simple trend comparisons and periodic performance summaries
- Explain key observations and limitations in clear, accessible language
Skills
- Practical experience with Excel or another spreadsheet application
- Careful, logical approach to investigating inconsistencies
- Comfort collaborating with teammates in a remote environment
- Comfort interpreting charts, tables, and basic performance metrics
- Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is helpful but not essential
