- Work with stakeholders to clarify definitions and reporting expectations
- Prepare simple trend comparisons and periodic performance summaries
- Explain key observations and limitations in clear, accessible language
- Help improve routine reporting templates and data collection processes
- Protect sensitive business data under established access procedures
- Collect and combine information from approved reports and source systems
Skills
- Careful, logical approach to investigating inconsistencies
- Comfort collaborating with teammates in a remote environment
- Comfort interpreting charts, tables, and basic performance metrics
- Organized documentation and version-control habits
- Introductory SQL knowledge or a willingness to develop it
